HOW TO WORK APPLICATION
You need to first download this app from the Google Play Store. After that, you have to select your section, select the language after selecting the section.
In the Home menu, there are new grievances, grievance lists, status of grievances and the option to login to your account.
Anyone can complain, it is not necessary to be a power customer for the complaint.
Application is providing rich features for registered and non-registered users.

2>User can lodge and track complaint without registration
3>User can sign up and add multiple consumer numbers for registering power complaint
4>User can view complaint history in his/her account

1. During login for new user OTP PW not received after many times trying and unable to login. confirm the problem and resolved it immediately.till date 17.06.2019 same issue not resolved any technical problem. Sabase ghatiya apps hai OTP hi nahi ata. Bilkul feku
