In the 4th T20 International, India cricket team once again beat New Zealand cricket team in Super Over after a second successive tie at Westpac Stadium, Wellington on Friday. Chasing 166, New Zealand were coasting at one stage before the hosts committed harakiri to be restricted to 165 for 7. Needing 7 runs of Shardul Thakur's last over, New Zealand buckled under pressure and lost two wickets as India took the match into the Super Over for the second consecutive game.

India had earlier defeated New Zealand in the Super Over in the third T20 in Hamilton. The visitors now lead the five-match series 4-0. For New Zealand, Ish Sodhi (3/26) took three wickets, Hamish Bennett (2/41) picked two wickets, while Tim Southee (1/28), Scott Kuggeleijn (1/39) and Mitchell Santner (1/26). Applying Gujarat Land Mutation (Varsai / Hayati) through e-Dhara Centre: Gujarat land mutation refers to the registration of the name of the property owner in the Record of Right (7/12 or 8A), i.e. the process of transferring the title ownership of property or land from one person to another. The Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879 governs the process of land mutation in Gujarat. The land mutation is a vital process in all legal transactions involving the property. Through mutating a land in Gujarat, the owner will acquire the rights of the land, and the property details will be revised in the revenue record (7/12 and 8A) as well as in the Gujarat mutation register. In this article, we will look at Gujarat land mutation in detail.

The application procedure to complete Gujarat Land Mutation through e-Dhara centre is explained in detail below:

Step 1: The applicant needs to submit an application form in a prescribed format to the -Dhara centre operator.

To download mutation application visit the home page of the Revenue department of Gujarat. From the home page, click on E-Dhara Forms.

Step 5: The e-Dhara deputy Mamlatdar verifies and does biometric authentication. The operator will generate notices from the system and keeps it with the mutation case file. Verification by Talati

Step 6: The Talati will collect mutation files from the e-Dhara centre. He/she follows up the mutation process, i.e., serving notices and taking acknowledgements from the party and waiting for 30 days.

Step 7: The mutation file after the competent authority’s approval will be submitted to the e-Dhara centre for further processing.

Step 8: When the process is completed, the mutation file becomes a permanent record residing in the e-Dhara record room.

The Awards are given in various disciplines/ fields of activities, viz.- art, social work, public affairs, science and engineering, trade and industry, medicine, literature and education, sports, civil service, etc. ‘Padma Vibhushan’ is awarded for exceptional and distinguished service; ‘Padma Bhushan’ for distinguished service of high order and ‘Padma Shri’ for distinguished service in any field. The awards are announced on the occasion of Republic Day every year.

This year the President has approved conferment of 141 Padma Awards including 4 duo cases (in a duo case, the award is counted as one). The list comprises seven Padma Vibhushans, 16 Padma Bhushans and 118 Padma Shris. Thirty four of the awardees are women and the list also includes 18 persons from the category of Foreigners/NRI/PIO/OCI and 12 posthumous awardees.

Former Mauritius Prime Minister Anerood Jugnauth, sportsperson M.C. Mary Kom, Hindustani classical singer Chhannulal Mishra and Vishwesha Tirtha Swami of Pejawar Mutt (posthumous) are the other Padma Vibhushan awardees.

We have been pearl farming for the last 3 years. This time I planted 7000 oysters. Pearls can usually be cultivated from a lake of 10 by 10. But this time we have cultivated it in 5 acres. This is why we have special training at the Institute at Nagpur in Maharashtra. We do the fishing business. We also cultivate pearls and now we also cultivate pearls in salt water. Training is also provided at the Chhipa Institute at Odisha Bhubaneswar. There is also government support and subsidy on this, although we have not taken advantage of it yet. But we are getting good returns in pearl farming. We want to expand this farming. This requires special training.

Revenues starting from millions will reach billions

Twenty months after the start of the cultivation, a pearl is prepared from an oyster whose market price is available from Rs 300 to Rs 1500, while good quality and design pearls up to Rs 10,000 are obtained from the international market. If you value a pearl in this way at around Rs 800, you can earn up to Rs 80,000 in that period. You can also earn more by increasing the number and resources of the oyster.

Every month Rs. Earnings up to 1 Lakh

If you are producing 2000 oysters that cost around Rs 2 lakh or so, you can earn up to Rs 1 lakh per month for 15-20 months of production. All you have to do is take care that the pearls are of good quality.

Where to get seeds?

To cultivate pearls you first need to get training from a good scientist, which is done by the Government of India.

Oyster purchase

After training, you have to buy the oyster from government institutions or fishermen. The mussels are left in open water for two days, thereby loosening their upper arm and muscles.

Ointment surgery

The hives cannot be kept out of the water for longer. After the muscles are loosened, the oyster is surgically perforated 2 to 3mm on the surface and a small amount of sand is poured into it. When the sand particles blow the oyster, the oyster begins to release its contents into the sand particles.

Collection of oysters

To keep the oyster in a nylon bag. The pond is left in the pond with bamboo or PVC pipes. After 15 to 20 months the pearl in the oyster is ready. You can take off the pearl by breaking its shield.

Empowerment Scheme (SHG) with the support of the National Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (NABARD).

Name of the Scheme This scheme will also be known as "Sakhi Mandal" Self Help Group / SHG and will be implemented in rural areas of the entire state. The duration of the scheme will be from the date of this resolution to the first phase up to 31/1/2010. The scheme will be run by the Integrated Child Development Program (ICDS)

The schemes formed under the scheme will be known as Self Help Groups / SHGs.

This scheme has been implemented in the rural area since 2/2/2007. And it will be implemented till 31st, 2010. Whose duration 03/11/2011 Soghi and then Shoghi will be in effect where the decision is made.
