Use: simple present use to express the idea that an action is repeated or usual. The action can be a habit, a hobby, a daily event, a scheduled event or something that often happens. It can also be something a person often forgets or usually does not do.

we use simple present tense in our daily lives.we can say our hobbies.

For example. 

(1) I like to teach English daily.
(2) I play cricket in this ground daily.
(3) Hirwa sings song well.
(4) Kohli bats well in all cricketing formats.
(5) Jack eats pizza daily.
(6) Soham always wears red t- shirt.
(7) Jenny does not do house hold work daily.

We describe our  like, dislike by this tense as,
(1) I likes maths or science.
(2) He likes biology.
(3) she does not like to speak loudly.

(1) We don't like to speak French.
(2) She doesn't like to use mobile.

Note:- use of do and does:

 in negative or affirmative sentence, we  use 'do' as helping verb with I,we,you, they and plural subject. While 'does'  with he,she, it and singular subject.

(1) Do you watch TV daily?
(2) Does postman bring letters?
(3) Does she cook everyday?
(4) Do they cheat others?

You may answer above questions like this way:

(1) Do you watch TV daily?
Yes, I watch TV daily.
No, I don't watch TV daily.

(2) Does postman bring letters?
Yes, postman brings letters.
No, postman does not bring letters.

(3) Does she cook everyday?
Yes, she cooks everyday.
No, she does not cook everyday.

(4) Do they cheat others?
Yes, they cheat others.
No, they don't cheat others.

through use of this tense,  Fact of science, principles of geography and rules of maths are always be mentioned.

Ex..
(1) The earth moves round the sun.
(2) The stars shine at night.

In sayings, we also use simple Present Tense.
For instance,

(1) Time and tide wait for no man.
(2) No pains no gains.
(3) God helps those who help themselves.
(4) It never rains but pours.
(5) charity begins at home.
