Candidates seeking to apply for India Post GDS Recruitment should be 10th passed with passing marks in Mathematics and English a Candidate must have a Compulsory knowledge of Local Language and studied the local language at least up to 10th class

Educational Qualification:

Central government Big announcement for poor people : 5 kg free ration in May and June amid COVID-19 second wave.

The Centre will spend more than Rs 26,000 crore on this initiative that has been taken in view of the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the country.

In a big relief to the poorer sections of the society amid the devastating second wave of coronavirus pandemic, the Central government on Friday announced that it will provide free food grains under the PM Garib Kalyan Ann Yojana for the months of May and June, 2021.

In a statement released by the Government of India, 5 kilogram free food grains will be provided to around 80 crore beneficiaries in the country.
The Centre will spend more than Rs 26,000 crore on this initiative that has been taken in view of the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the country.
The announcement has come as India continues to shatter all ‘records’ on the coronavirus front. The country recorded more than 3.32 lakh new coronavirus cases in a single day on Friday.

With 3,32,730 new coronavirus cases recorded over the past 24 hours, as per the data updated at 8 am this morning, India’s caseload has risen to 1,62,63,695 with 24,28,616 active cases.

The death toll stands at 1,86,920 with the addition of a record 2,263 new fatalities. Active cases now comprise 14.93 per cent of the total infections registered in the country. The national COVID-19 recovery rate has now dropped to 83.92 per cent

Recoveries have surged to 1,36,48,159, with the case fatality rate being at 1.15 per cent. As per PTI, India’s COVID-19 tally had crossed the 20-lakh mark on August 7, 2020, 30 lakh on August 23, 40 lakh on September 5, 50 lakh on September 16, 60 lakh on September 28, 70 lakh on October 11, 80 lakh on October 29, 90 lakh on November 20, one crore on December 19, and 1.50 crore on April 19, 2021.

The central government will be providing free foodgrain to nearly 80 crore people for the next two months (May and June), Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on Friday. This will be facilitated through the PM Garib Kalyan Ann Yojana.

According to the plan, the Centre will be providing 5 kg free foodgrain to the beneficiaries. The central government said it will be spending more than Rs 26,000 crore on this.

Advocate Percy Kavina said that in such a situation people do not get hospital beds and the government inaugurates a new hospital which has 3 layers of security, has hospital officials and is crowded. So how will this break the chain. There will still be a 1200 bed hospital in Gandhinagar. Then there will be a gathering, there will be an inauguration. So it is in everyone’s interest for the hospital to be able to continue without any inauguration. I have seen photos in which the Deputy CM was everywhere. I don’t comment, but the transition to such an event is likely to increase.

Also lack of oxygen

Advocate Shaleen said that like Zyds, every hospital should have a PSA plant so that it takes about 2 weeks to prepare so that there is no shortage of oxygen. At the same time when there is a shortage of oxygen in Gujarat, we help the neighboring state but we should also think for Gujarat.

    ▪️The tongue is the RC of the abdomen.  If there is any disturbance in the stomach, it is revealed by the tongue.

    Spots or patches on the tongue are a sign of diseases ranging from normal stomach upset to cancer.

    ▪️ In the same way the personality information of a person can be obtained from the tongue.

 

When you go to the doctor because of any illness, the doctor also looks at your tongue while doing the checkup.

   👉🏻 Normally if we are healthy, the tongue is light pink in color, with fine white mounds called test-buds.  There is a groove between these hills.

    👉🏻The tongue never has a flat surface.  It is also a little rough.  Understanding that a person is quite healthy when they have this type of tongue, but a change in the color of the tongue is a sign that something is wrong.

Red Color

 Explaining what can happen if the color of the tongue changes from pink to red, family-physician Dr.  Says, ‘If the tongue is red, swollen, it is called glossitis.  In which the tongue becomes swollen for some reason and the blood supply increases or there may be many different reasons behind it.  This happens when there is too much heat in the abdomen, there is a change in hormones, fever starts.

 In addition, if there is any kind of infection in any part of the body, it mostly affects the tongue first, which causes the tongue to turn red. 'White or black color

The tongue is the abdominal RC.  If there is any disturbance in the stomach, it is revealed by the tongue.  Often there is a white rash on the tongue which does not come out even after cleaning with ulia.  Either the motion is disturbed, there is constipation or there may be an infection in the stomach.

  

 Other than that white patches often appear on the tongue.  Also, if you see skin on the tongue, understand that it may be a stomach problem.  Talking about it, Dr.  Says, ‘Round white patches also occur on the tongue in the same way as other parts of the body, which are called fungal infections.  These patches can be on the throat as well as the palate.  Fungal infections on the tongue can often spread to the intestines.  It is also a part of fungal infections that often cause the tongue to turn completely black. '

 Brown Color

 Many people's entire tongue is brown.  This type of tongue does not show any particular damage.  It looks different.  The main reason behind its color may be excessive consumption of tea or coffee or smoking.  Due to such habits, the skin of the tongue gets pigmented and changes its color.  Adding other information to this, Dr.  Sushil Shah says, "Apart from that, there is often a mixture of both black and brown colors which can be attributed to bacterial infections.  The infection can cause pain, swelling or even a lump in the tongue. '

 Aficci And Dry Tongue

 Doctors can tell if a person has a very pale tongue that they may have anemia, because if the hemoglobin is low, it can be detected immediately by the tongue.  In addition, if a person's tongue feels dry, i.e. lack of saliva or water in the tongue, it is a sign of danger, especially in young children, as this sign indicates that the person has become dehydrated.  Sometimes when the tongue is dry, it starts to look relatively small, so it looks like it has become smaller.

 ▪️Jadi Tongue

 Often the tongue is quite swollen.  Talking about it, Dr.  Sushil Shah says, ‘Sometimes the mouth feels as if it is filled with the tongue, which is called macroglossia.  The reason behind this may be hypothyroidism.  The disease causes weight gain, as the body's tissues swell and have the same effect on the tongue. '

 Ulysses Tongue

 Often our instinctively rough tongue suddenly becomes smooth.  This is mostly due to lack of vitamin G complex.  Nowadays, vitamin G12 deficiency is more prevalent.  In such patients their tongue tends to become a smooth surface.  Also, if there is a problem with the liver, the tongue becomes smooth.

 Acne

 The tongue often has white patches that look very bright or shiny.  Speaking about this patch, Dr.  Says, ‘The mouth of the common man opens wide enough to penetrate directly into three fingers, but the mouth of people who eat or smoke very little opens, because their jaw becomes tight which is called submucous fibrosis.  In this condition, a few shiny white patches appear on a person's tongue called preconceived signs.  This is a condition in which if a person pays attention, he can avoid future cancers.  This sign is even more important for predicting cancer.

Corona has become uncontrollable in the state and the number of cases is increasing day by day. People now have a great fear of Corona. Contact tracing has now become impossible. The virus has now become deadly to humans due to mixed mutations of the coronavirus. Although there are no positive symptoms of corona, people today rush to get a CT scan. If they find an infection in the lungs, they go for RT-PCR test and blood test. While people are sometimes confused about corona test and CT scan, Divya Bhaskar talked to a specialist doctor about when to have a CT scan in Corona and RT-PCR test.

Whether the patient is positive or not is determined by RT-PCR

A member of the Zydus Hospital and Covid Taskforce, Dr. V.N. Shah said the corona is determined by the RT-PCR test. CT scans are performed to determine the extent and severity of the spread of corona in the body. Right now people are rushing for CT scans, because the results of RT-PCR tests take 3 to 5 days until information about the corona is available. The corona has spread to the lungs and is enlarged, so that the corona is known to exist. However, its seriousness is evident from it. Whether the corona is positive is clear from the RT-PCR test itself and also at what stage it is at the score value.

Regarding when a CT scan is needed, he said that a CT scan is done when a person has shortness of breath, coughing and difficulty in oxygen circulation. Infections in the lungs and the severity of the corona are known. The CT scan has a score of 0 to 25 and the higher the score value in the report, the higher the infection. Corona has a positive patient, but no problem if the score value is 0/25. If the score is 25/25 the infection in the lungs has spread a lot and the patient is serious. This CT scan shows the patient’s coronary heart disease.

Anyone who has corona symptoms first has a rapid antigen test, which sometimes results in positive and negative reports. If negative and have symptoms of corona, RT-PCR test is done, which is 70 percent positive and 30 percent negative. The RT-PCR test report has a CT value score, which is considered positive if the score is between 1 and 35, while it is negative if it is above 35. If the CT value score of the RT-PCR test is 1 to 15, the corona is in critical condition, if the 15 to 25 score is moderate, then the corona is normal. Based on this value score, the RT-PCR test clarifies the presence of corona.

The second wave of Corona transition has frightened doctors as well as the general public.  Scientists have made it clear that the transition is now in the air, making it more difficult to defend oneself.

There are many questions about Corona in these circumstances, which people usually prefer to get information by asking friends, family and experts.  Today we have come up with 12 questions and their answers, which are currently appearing in the minds of common people.

1. Is corona a fatal and incurable disease?

In fact corona is not a dangerous disease, but the effects it has on the body are fatal.  It can be defeated if treated in time.  According to government figures, the cervical rate in India is 98.6 per cent.

2. Older people are more at risk than corona, is corona infection dangerous for younger people?

Fitness is more important in the corona than in age.  It can hurt people of any age if you are not fit or get timely treatment.  Patients with a higher risk of aging, diabetes, asthma, cancer or other illnesses that lower the body's immune system are at higher risk.

3. I had covid a month ago, how can I have corona again?  Will my body have antibodies for the next 3-4 months?

Absolutely can happen.  Such patients have been found in countries other than India, who have been re-infected within a month, and their blood tests have not found antibodies.  So wear a mask, wash your hands and follow social distance.

4. SPO2 i.e. what should be the oxygen level, under what conditions should the patient be taken to the hospital?

The average person's oxygen level is between 95-99.  Need to be careful if Spo2 95 comes down, can use emergency cylinder at home.  It is also advisable to consult a doctor immediately if Spo2 continues below 92, and admission is required.

5. Under what circumstances should remedivir be given to a corona patient?
Dr. Lokendra Dave, head of Hamidia Hospital and Kovid advisor to the state government, says that remedivir is given only to patients whose lung involvement is increased, or the fever does not subside.  It can be harmful if taken even when not needed, as it can cause swelling in the lungs and heart.

6. Which medicine is more suitable Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin?
Hydroxychloroquine or any drug cannot stop you from getting a covid infection.  In addition, misuse of hydroxychlorinequin can cause fatal side effects.  Dr. Dave says that both of these drugs have not been found to be more effective in covid patients.  Therefore WHO does not recommend the use of both of these drugs.  It is worth mentioning here that no medicine should be taken without a doctor's prescription.  Only your body's ability can help you.

7. Does drinking alcohol deplete the corona?
No.  Drinking alcohol does not provide any protection against covid 19 infection, it can be harmful.

8. Are Covid-19 transmitted by flies and mosquitoes?
So far there is no evidence that the Covid-19 virus is transmitted by flies or mosquitoes.  The Covid-19 virus is mainly spread by sneezing or breathing of an infected person or by touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

9. Standing in extreme heat and not corona at temperatures above 25 degrees?

You may have Covid-19, don't forget, India has just had two peak summers.  Along with this, cases of Kovid-19 have also come up from hot countries.  Your safety will not mask the weather.

10. Can I be said to be covid if I hold my breath for 10 seconds?

The most common symptoms of Covid-19 are dry cough, fatigue and fever, and the best way to confirm this is to have an RT-PCR test.  You can't hold your breath at all.

11. Am I completely safe with the vaccine?  Can't hurt me even if it's Corona now?

Corona is a new and complex disease.  Doctors and scientists are trying to control it by giving drugs and vaccines.  So fast this virus is also creating its own new strain.  The vaccine is an attempt, but it must be understood that the virus is now taking the lives of people around the world.  So you have to be safe in any case.

12. What is the general assumption attached to the corona?  The biggest assumption associated with corona is that I can't have corona, even after the symptom comes, people think it's seasonal viral fever, or coughs and colds are common.  Its effects can be fatal in the case of late treatment.  Get tested immediately if you have any of these symptoms.

May 15 decision regarding Std. 10 and 12 board exams, no consideration for cancellation of exams

 Due to uncontrollable corona in Gujarat, mass promotion has been given to students of Std. 1 to 9 and Std.  While standard 10 and 12 examinations have been postponed.  However, the biggest question now is whether the standard 10 and standard 12 exams will be held in the situation where Corona is now reaching home.  DivyaBhaskar then had an exclusive conversation with Dinesh Patel, Secretary, Board of Secondary Education.  In the conversation, he said that the review meeting will be held on May 15.  This meeting will decide on the standard 10 and 12 examinations.

 Divyabhaskar: When will the standard 10 and 12 exams be decided?

 Dinesh Patel: A review meeting will be held on May 15.  The review meeting will be attended by the Education Department, Health Department and the Chief Minister and the situation will be reviewed by all of them.  Only then will a decision be made about the exam.  No decision on the exam will be taken till May 15.

 Divyabhaskar: Will standard 10 and 12 exams be canceled?

 Dinesh Patel: There is no consideration about canceling the standard 10 examination at present.  The review meeting will be held on May 15.  It will decide on the examination keeping in view the situation at that time.

 Divyabhaskar: If the exam is not canceled, how will it be taken between the transitions?

 Dinesh Patel: If no decision is taken to cancel the exam, guidelines on how to conduct the exam and with how many students will be present will also be released.  But till May 15, more than 12 lakh students of Gujarat Board's Std. 10 and more than 4 lakh students of Std. 12 will have to wait for the decision.
