CM RUPANI announces Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana 2021 for orphaned children in Corona
Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana: Children orphaned due to corona will be given assistance of Rs.4000 per month for 18 years, as well as assistance of Rs.6000 for 18 to 24 years. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has also announced Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana (Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana) in the state after the central government announced assistance including monthly allowances for children orphaned in the Koro epidemic.

Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana said the announcement of the victory of the party does Rupani (CM Vijay Rupani) of the parents who lost Corona Pandemic orphans under the scheme that the State Government will provide assistance for children, including a monthly allowance. Orphans will get these benefits
Under Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on behalf of the state government has announced to provide assistance to children who have lost their parents due to corona as follows:
1) Such children will be given monthly assistance of Rs.4000 for 18 years, as well as assistance of Rs.6000 for 18 to 24 years.
2) Priority will be given for study abroad, income limit will not be kept and 50 per cent foam assistance will be given for study abroad under Mukhyamantri Yuva Swalamban Yojana (MYSY).
3) For destitute girls, the government will give priority to admission in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, a residential school as well as hostel expenses. Such girls will be given priority in the state government's "Kunwarbai Nu Mameru" scheme.
4) Such children will be given free rations under Mukhyamantri Amrutam Yojana as well as National Food Security Yojana.
5) Vocational training for such children above 14 years and skill development training for children above 18 years.
Orphans will get these benefits from the
Central Government. As per the assistance announced by the Central Government for children orphaned due to Corona, such children will be given a monthly allowance when they turn 18 and Rs 10 lakh from PM CARES when they turn 23. . Free education will be arranged for them.
Such children will also get free health insurance of Rs 5 lakh till the age of 18. Along with this such children will be helped to get education loan for higher education and interest will be borne by PM Care Fund.

Antigen test, positive test report of RTPCR, blood report, CT scan have considered infection of Kovid-19 as proof of death due to corona virus infection. But if the corona virus infected patient dies due to post covid even after getting the negative report, then in this situation also his children will be provided the benefit of this scheme.

The development of these children will also be monitored by the District Child Protection Unit and Child Welfare Committee.
Financial assistance and housing facility of ₹ 4000
Financial assistance of ₹ 4000 per month will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries through Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana 2021 . This financial assistance will be for the care of the child. This financial assistance will be provided by the Gujarat government till the child becomes an adult. Apart from this, all the children whose age is 10 years or less and they do not have any guardian will be provided residential facility by the Gujarat government through Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana . This residential facility will be provided to them by providing them accommodation in Government Children's Home. So that all those children can be taken care of. At present there are about 5 Government Children's Homes in Gujarat.
Care and education of minor girls
The responsibility of providing housing and education to all those girls who are minors will also be taken up by the Gujarat government through Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana. All eligible girls will be provided education and housing through Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya run by the Government of India, Government Children's Grah and Atal Residential School run by the State Government. At present, about 13 children's homes are being operated in the state and 17 Atal residential schools are being run. This scheme has been launched to ensure care of all the minor girl child. Now the girls of the country will be able to earn their living by availing the benefits of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana .

Benefits and Features of Gujarat Bal Seva Yojana 2021

Eligibility conditions issued for ITI trainees
Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana was launched to provide financial assistance to the children who lost their parents due to corona virus infection. It has also been decided to provide benefits to ITI trainees under this scheme. For which the eligibility condition was issued on June 8, 2021 by the Principal of Government Industrial Training Institute, Dr. Naresh Kumar. Laptop, tablet, financial assistance for marriage and monthly assistance will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries. All those ITI trainees who want to get the benefit of this scheme have to apply in the nodal ITI of their district. The eligibility conditions for ITI Trainee are as follows.
The age of the trainee should be less than 18 years.
Applicant's parents must have died due to corona virus infection.
If one of the applicant's mother or father died before March 2020 and the other died due to corona infection, then in this situation also the benefit of this scheme can be availed.
If the applicant's parent has died before 1st March 2020 and the legal guardian has died due to corona infection, then he is also eligible for this scheme.
Those children will also be able to get the benefit of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana, whose parents earning income from their parents have died due to corona virus infection.
Apart from this, if both the parents are alive but the parent earning the income has died due to corona virus infection and the annual income of the surviving parents is ₹ 200000 or less, then in this situation also the benefit of this scheme will be provided. Will be done.
Eligibility of Chief Minister Child Service Scheme
Applicant should be a permanent resident of Gujarat.
Children who have lost both their parents due to COVID-19.
Children who lose their legal guardian due to corona virus infection are eligible under this scheme.
Children who have lost their earning parent to COVID-19.
Children whose only one parent was alive and died due to corona virus infection.
The age of the child must be 18 years or less than 18 years.

Procedure to apply under Chief Minister's Child Service Scheme
If you want to apply under Gujarat Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana then you have to follow the following procedure.
If you live in rural area then you have to go to office of Village Development/Panchayat Officer or Block or District Probation Officer and if you live in urban area you have to go to office of Tehsil or District Probation Officer
